LiteSTICK technical terms LiteSTICK - Technical Terms Antipode(s)  =  many years ago people in Europe were a little confused about how things worked in the Southern Hemisphere. It was commonly supposed that since up was down over there, the people must commonly walk around on their hands with their feet in the air. Anti means backwards and podes means feet. Anti + podes = upside down feet (or close to it - Latin is often less precise than we are used to in English)
